Professional inkjet photo printers 

Although all today inkjet printers can make photo printing with special photo paper or with regular paper for just so so image quality, but currently, many injet printer manufacturers are developing special inkjet printers for photo printing with up to 10 different individual pigment-ink color tanks (Photo Magenta, Photo Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Red, Cyan, 3 blacks: Photo Black, Matte Black, Gray and 1 Chroma Optimiser for increased crisp and sharp black density and uniform glossiness) with 4800x2400dpi and easily print a 36 Mega Pixels on A3 borderless photo paper with 444ppi and can directly prints to CD/DVD discs.^[28] The more professional photo printer has 12 different individual pigment-ink color tanks (10 colors above plus Light Gray and Dark Gray for better BW or low-light photos). The A3+ printer can print up to 13"x19" and even 14" wide on thick/heavy paper by manual feeding supporting up to 1,200ppi resolution 16bits colors with Ambient Light Correction feature.^[29]
